ReviewFlow AI ("we", "us", "our") provides a SaaS platform that helps local businesses collect Google reviews. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ReviewFlow AI you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, business details you provide.
- Business content: business name, logo, Google review URL, custom prompts and keywords.
- Usage data: page views, QR scans, review flow events, device and browser information.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe; we store only subscription metadata, never full card numbers.
- Customer reviewer data: anonymous answers submitted via your QR review flow.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate the service, generate AI review suggestions, process payments, prevent abuse, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product.
4. Sharing
We share information only with vetted processors required to run the service: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), payments (Stripe), and AI inference providers. We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing reviewflowhelp@gmail.com.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, row-level security in our database, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including UK GDPR and EU GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards.
