Refund Policy

Eligible new self-service Growth subscriptions (£29.99/month or £299.90/year) start with a 30-day free trial after approval and registration of a valid payment card. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Bespoke Pro agreements may have different terms.

You can cancel from the Billing page before the trial ends. If you do, you will not be charged a subscription fee, and access continues until the trial ends.

Unless you cancel beforehand, the first monthly or annual payment is collected when the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.

Once a paid subscription period starts, fees are generally non-refundable, including for partly used periods, subject to applicable law and previously agreed customer rights.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. You will normally keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact support@aireviewflow.com. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors, including a refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other right under applicable law. We will honour those rights.

Pro plans are arranged by quotation and may have separately agreed terms, which apply instead of this policy where they differ, subject to applicable law.

If you subscribed under an earlier policy or separately agreed terms, previously agreed customer rights remain applicable to that subscription.

Email support@aireviewflow.com from the email address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
