Refund Policy

Every new ReviewFlow AI account begins with a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends with no cost.

ReviewFlow Pro is billed monthly in advance at £39.99/month. You may cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you are a new paying customer and are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial paid month, email reviewflowhelp@gmail.com and we will refund that month in full. This guarantee applies once per customer.

Subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable, since access and AI usage have already been provided for that period. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid being charged.

If a payment fails, access may be restricted until the balance is paid. We do not charge additional fees for failed payments.

We may grant discretionary refunds outside of this policy where a clear service fault is demonstrated.

Email reviewflowhelp@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
