By creating an account or using ReviewFlow AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

ReviewFlow AI helps businesses generate Google review suggestions and collect feedback via QR-based review flows. Features, pricing, and limits may change as the product evolves.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Paid plans (such as ReviewFlow Pro at £39.99/month) renew automatically until cancelled. Billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

You may not use the Service to: submit fake or incentivised reviews that violate Google's policies; harass or defraud others; attempt to disrupt the Service; reverse engineer the platform; or violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

The Service produces AI-generated review suggestions. You are responsible for ensuring submitted reviews are truthful and reflect the genuine experience of the reviewer.

You retain ownership of business content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content as needed to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific increase in reviews, rankings, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
